Dear Friends and Foodies,
Just the taste of certain dishes can transport you back to another time and place.
Some of our most memorable experiences involve a large kitchen table, a warm crusty loaf of French bread, a roasted chicken with mashed potatoes or a cup of homemade tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich.
After relocating from Boston, Massachusetts to Sarasota Florida, I realized that true paradise is wherever you place your fork and knife.
Paradise is the aroma of fresh cinnamon rolls wafting through the windows of a quaint country Inn in Vermont and the sizzling crackle of cedar chips underneath maple-glazed Alaskan Salmon.
It is my mission to bring these experiences and flavors to you.
Each part of the world has a distinctive relationship with food and wine.
I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to discover these culinary pleasures from the hills of Tuscany to the vineyards of Sonoma County.
Wherever I find myself, there are always new discoveries and things to learn about food
and the people that create magic in their kitchen.
