Chef Judi’s Cocktails

COCKTAILS
1 ounce light rum

Sarasota Blue Lagoon Cocktail
1 ounce blue curacao
1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce mango nectar
Shake all the ingredients well with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass
2 ounces tequila

Strawberry Margharita
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
1/2 ounce strawberry liquor
1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
3-4 strawberries

Blend all the ingredients with 1 cup crushed ice. Pour into hurricane glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry
8 oz. sweetened iced tea

Mango Iced Tea
2 ounces mango nectar
2 ounces apricot nectar
full glass of ice
mint sprig
Pour iced tea, mango and apricot nectar into tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh mint sprig
1 ounce fresh lime juice

Judi’s Mojito
1 Tablespoon superfine sugar
8 mint leaves
2 ounces light rum
3 ounces club soda
1 ounce cranberry juice
Mint sprig for garnish
3-5 fresh raspberries for garnish

Muddle together the lime juice, sugar and mint leaves until the sugar is dissolved. Add the rum and cranberry juice and shake well with ice. Pour contents into tall glass and top with club soda. Add extra ice if needed. Garnish with mint and raspberries
