Ingredients

2 cups of mayonnaise
1 red roasted pepper
3 oz capers
½ oz cilantro
¼ cup paprika
1 teas cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until a little gritty.
  2. Serve sauce on fish or use as a dipping sauce.

Sauce will serve from 10-12 persons
