Spicy Coconut-Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Spanish Onion, Minced
1/3 Cup Cilantro Leaves, Chopped
2 tsp. Garlic, Minced
1 Tbs. Ginger, Minced
12 Oz. Peanut Butter
2 Tbs. Sesame Oil
1/3 Cup Fish Sauce
1 Tbs.     Lime Juice
1 (14-ounce) Can Coconut Milk
2 Tbs. Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbs. Red Thai Curry Paste

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth
